THE ACLU CONTINUES TO MARGINALIZE ITSELF

Yesterday, the Supreme Court held arguments regarding the cross sitting atop a hill in the Mojave desert, which is a memorial to fallen soldiers of World War I. The plaintiff in the case, whom the ACLU is representing, originally sued under the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution. It was claimed that the cross, which originally sat on Federal land, was a government endorsement of a particular religion.
