Astonishingly, decriminalizing marijuana has been included among one of California’s state propositions and yet it has gotten absolutely no attention. With controversial measures on the ballot like the Proposition 8 California Constitutional amendment to restrict marriage to between a man and a woman and two other propositions pandering to the global warming cult, Proposition 5 has fallen by the wayside.
Did you know that the RogueReport is going to singlehandedly sway the election in John McCain’s favor? That’s right, the Report is making history and you’re one of the first to know. View this video to see what will happen on November 4th!
Barack Obama’s hand has repeatedly been caught in the jar of dirty politics, and the American jury is hung. That is absolutely correct – despite every factor weighing heavily AGAINST Obama’s personal and political character, liberal America feels called to elect him as the next President of the United States.
It doesn’t seem to matter that he is: the most liberal member of the U.S. Senate; an advocate for “wealth redistribution”; born and raised a communist; endorsed by Hamas and the Black Panther Party; intimately familiar with dirty Kenyan politics; aloof to the American presence in the Middle East; a former employee, trainer, attorney, and financial supporter of ACORN (current king of voter fraud and enforcer of unreasonable bank loans).
Nope. A strong percentage of Americans can see beyond all that and straight into Obama’s eyes of change. This puppy love-like infatuation that liberals have with him is putting the American people in a position of which to be taken advantage. The economic turmoil on top of everything else has put Americans in a vulnerable position, and it’ll be a strange case of consensual rape if Obama is elected to office.
These types of Americans are caught in a giant wave of emotion and they refuse to acknowledge the rugged reality into which they are about to crash. The temperamental waters of campaigning will soon generate a brief high, as a fresh President surfs victoriously into the White House. But soon after, the American people and their newly elected leader will have to step out of the exhilarating waters of this presidential campaign season and onto truth’s brutal shore.
The question is, will the new leader navigate the people through, and out of, the dangerously rugged terrain that is the current American situation, or comfortably settle amidst its sharp rocks, sandy foundation, changing tides and random sinkholes?
So which is it? Conform to the modern world of terrorist demands, social economics, corrupt leaders and disintegrating morals or, take a Tom-Petty-like “won’t back down” stance on all things honorable, just and necessary?
Well, predicting the future is hard. But if Obama is elected he will most likely go down in history as “the man who took America in a new direction.” That direction can be defined as a weaker, less influential, America. It would be an America that, instead of being synonymous with opportunity, would suddenly mean sameness and a lack of hope for the rest of the world.
Obama doesn’t realize America is a different animal. It was founded by freedom lovers and has shared that passion for independence with the world.
The whole gist with America is freedom and accountability. Once anyone with any amount of power begins uttering things such as “spread the wealth,” its time to majorly cock an eyebrow and hold up a finger. Because this means one American’s fruits of labor will be stripped from him. Then, a less diligent American will receive a portion of that man’s wealth and dispose of it as he sees fit. This results in a sharp decline in the joys of, and desire for, prosperity. Under an Obama administration, a hard-working man, such as the unexpectedly popular Joe the Plumber, would have about half his profit taken from him. A portion of that would go to elected officials and the rest would be up for grabs to lazy fathers who can’t shake their dope addictions.
And beyond citizen to citizen accountability, what about law maker to citizen accountability? If Obama gets elected and things go as he plans in the Legislative and Judicial branches, the Fairness Doctrine will most likely be reinstated, likely more harsh than ever. Bye-bye conservative talk radio and Christian stations, hello government-controlled airwaves. Do the majority of the American people support a bill like this? It is highly unlikely. But with serious agenda-pushing Democrats who potentially have a man raised by communists as their leader, anything in the freedom eliminating realm goes.
Under complete Democratic rule: A boom of special interest groups is inevitable; a “climate-change bureaucracy” would find its power through the American citizen’s wallet; not to mention, universal insurance and Medicare would be the only emergency rescue options.
Q. Who pays the hefty price of special interest fiends, the supposed need to rescue the Earth from itself and uniform insurance?
A. The American citizen. With both their bank accounts and freedom loving souls.
Quick story:
At an Obama rally at University of Miami back in September, a crowd of 8,000 was encouraged to throw their hands in the air, symbolizing the change within their reach. They then continued to chant various eclectic catch phrases praising Obama, and pleading for the change they want him to bring. That was probably the closest anyone will get to time travel, and it was suddenly clear how The National Socialist German Worker’s party came to power…they rallied around a leader and made the people long for his rule. Three quarters of a century later that is still viewed as one of the more devastating mistakes in history. Let’s just hope America remains the USA, and not the USSA (United Socialist States of America).
