            Yet another tragic school shooting occurred last week, less than a year after the Virginia Tech shooting spree. Some time has passed, the healing has begun and the grief counselors are already sending their bills to Northern Illinois University. Now it’s time to address this problem by revisiting what many on the left claim to be an absolutely crazy idea – allowing students to arm themselves on campus.

Seeing the World Through Rose Colored Glasses

California Western School of Law, along with law schools throughout the nation, conduct regular amelioration events “in response to the military’s discriminatory hiring practices.” These events – such as holding town hall meetings and making anti-military t-shirts handed out for free with my tuition money – are held in protest of the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy and how it relates to the military’s recruiting practices at law schools, institutions that are at least in part funded by the federal government.
